Installation of the Tech Service on Android for SME is simple and utilizes the Android marketplace to get the latest application and manage updates.
- Go to the Android marketplace and download the application. You can find the application by going to the marketplace app on the Android and then searching for Tech Service SME or by selecting this link https://market.android.com/details?id=com.h5sw.sme
- In the initial login screen select Demo if you want to try the app
- To connect the Android app to your live SME company data, you will go through the following steps:
- Install Web Services for SME and make sure you have SME 7.1 or later, see SME Web Services Installation Guide
- Contact High 5 Software to get a Company ID and Company Key
- Within SME, setup technicians for access to SME by setting the Employee ID and WebPass, see Assign User Name and Password for Techs
