If you have a question about your SME product, first search through this wiki or go through the menu. If you cannot find the answer, and you have purchased and are enrolled under a support contract, you may contact our Technical Support Department for assistance. If you need training on SME, please contact your sales representative or email or call 800-585-1696.

When contacting Technical Support, please be ready to provide the following information, which will help us to provide you with more efficient service:

  • Your name, your company name and telephone number.
  • The exact name and version number of your SME product (Help Menu, About).
  • The type of operating system you are using.
  • The type of server you are using (if applicable).
  • The exact wording of any error or other messages you have received or a screen shot of the issue.
  • What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  • How you tried to solve the problem.
