Stored Documents tab - customers

Throughout SME you have the ability to add documents to different modules. Here in the customer module, use the Stored Documents tab to add or delete files and to view files.


To add a document

1. In the Stored Documents tab, click New.

2. In the Stored Document Options window, click the box in the File Name field to browse for your file. (circled below)

3. Type a description which will show on the Stored Documents tab.

4. Click OK.



To view a document in the Stored Documents tab

1. Select the document.

2. Click View.
