The Help Desk module provides a way for you to collect knowledge in the Help Desk and to collect issues from your customers. Issues can be converted to a service order or proposal to fix the issue. Using the Help Desk button at the top of SME opens a window that allows you to search the knowledge base (help desk records) and issues.
It is recommended to designate one SME user to enter Issues into SME so that the data is entered in a uniform way.
