CustomerPortal - Can't add order
Web Services Tech / Customer Protal:
User problem is that they cannot add a ticket and log file form webservices show date format of DD/MM/YYYY. Changing the regional setting did not work for everything.
So what we did was this:
Change the AppIdentityPool to use LocalSystem as the user or create a new app pool with localsystem as user
Edit the registery in the following:
HKEY_USERS -> .DEFAULT -> Control Panel >International
sShortDate > d/M/yyyy
