SMO Entities include customers or clients, vendors, partners, and sales leads.
SMO allows you to organize all the business and organization you deal with in one list.
You are able to filter on customers, vendors, or partners with the filter.
You can also quickly search for any entity buy just typing in the search box.
To clear out your search text click the X on to the right of the search box.
Filtering and Searching
Filtering and Searching is easy in SMO. Just select the Filter drop down to filter by customers, vendors or partners.
Type in the Search box to instantly filter entities by name, type, or address
Selecting Entities
Select any entity in the grid and it instantly shows in the right panel.

New Entity
