Editing TSPlus Remote Access

TSPlus is a third party app that High5 uses and recommends for remote access.  Below are various tips and tricks of using TSPlus.

<h2>HTML5 and Windows mode</h2>
* HTML5 is the preferred access mode using TSPlus since it works on all browsers and not dependent on java.
* Windows mode is supported, however it requires the browser to have the latest java version and no other java versions.  Firewall and virus software can block java.  In addition, Chrome has ended java support in their browser so you need to use FireFox or IE that supports java.

<h2>HTML5 Notes</h2>
* Copy and Paste in HTML5 mode:
* HTML mode will support copy and paste, below are the instructions:
# Login using html mode
# Click the little arrow in the top-center of the browser window (see below the arrow pointing to it).
# Select the copy paste icon circled below
# To CopyPaste from computer to server/SME:  Copy the text on PC side for example using control-C.  Paste (control-P) into the mini window and it will also paste where the cursor is on the server/SME and into the mini window.
# To Copy/Paste from server/SME to computer:   Select text on server/SME and select control-C for copy and it will go into the mini-window.  Select control-P to paste on the PC.
