When contacting Technical Support, please be ready to provide the following information, which will help us to provide you with more efficient service:
- Your name, your company name and telephone number.
- The exact name and version number of your SME product (Help Menu, About).
- The type of operating system you are using.
- The type of server you are using (if applicable).
- The exact wording of any error or other messages you have received or a screen shot of the issue.
- What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
- How you tried to solve the problem.
