SMO Deletion Policy

If you cancel your High 5 Software (High5) subscription for SMO or other products, your account will be deactivated. Deactivated accounts are no longer accessible and the data stored in them is not used. Deactivated accounts will eventually be deleted. The events that occur during account cancellation are outlined below:

  1. You may cancel your subscription by emailing sales@high5software.com with a subject “Cancel Account” and describe the products and services you want to cancel. Your account will remain active until the end of your final billing period.
  2. If you cancel your service with High5, your account will no longer be accessible by your customers, your agents or admins once the current billing cycle ends. Please be absolutely sure that you want to proceed before you cancel.
  3. Once your final billing period is finished, your High5 account will be deactivated shortly afterward. Information associated with your deactivated account is no longer used and will no longer be accessible.
  4. After deactivation, High5 may delete your account and all of its data. Once this is done, the data cannot be recovered.

High5 will only delete information stored inside your High5 account. For example, High5 will not delete data stored in your Twitter or Facebook accounts.

Data retention

Once your account has been deactivated, your information will no longer be used and High5 may delete your account and all of its data. Please note that some information may remain in our records even after deletion of your account, such as historical billing information kept for legal and accounting reasons. Additionally, because of the way we maintain certain services, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our servers and may remain in our backup systems.
