New for SME8.0:  You can use billing status on labor items with additional options.  This replaces the option Scheduled = Billable.  You now set Billing Status to control how labor billing is calculated with the following options:

* User Entered(Fixed Hours)  use this option if you will manually enter billable quantity separate from scheduled or actual time.

* Set Billable Hours to Estimated(Scheduled) hours.  this is equivalent to the checkbox we had before called Billing = Actual

* Set Billable Hours to Actual Hours.  This takes the time from the time tracking such as time in/out on Mobile Tech or TimeTracker for SME and used the actual time entered by the tech or user as the billable time.  Used this if you charge the customer for the actual time spent on the job such as T&M, Time and Material jobs.
