Throughout SME you will want to rearrange the order of columns on grids. Previous to SME 7.1, to arrange the order of columns you had to drag and drop the column headers in place. Now in 7.1 you can easily move columns around and remove columns from tabs.
1.Click 
in the upper left corner of the grid.
2. All of the columns on the grid will display.
3. Uncheck any column you don’t want on the tab.
4. Rearrange the order of a column by clicking on the name and dragging it in the order you want.
