Introduction to SME

HelpSME Help is a web based help system designed to provide continuous updates. The help system is hosted by High 5 Software, so you will need an Internet connection to get access to the latest help files.

Help is laid out with TOC or Table of Contents. New users start at the top of the TOC and then go to the sections relevant to them, usually based on their functional role.

Roles section will show the common tasks used for users in the various roles.

Features section shows detailed feature lists and guides.

Be sure to check out the What's New section for lists of the latest new features in SME.

Tip: TOC or Table of Contents is a good way to see all the available help sections.

Note:SME Online is currently in development and does not contain all the help information currently contained in Manual. You may also need to refer to the Manual for detail aspects of SME.
