High 5 Software utilizes the latest Microsoft Windows Server 2012 servers for the best performance and capabilities. Microsoft has done an amazing job on Server 2012 with substantial speed improvements of the servers, extensive virtual machine capability, enhanced redundancy capabilities, and improved remote desktop capabilities.

Each High5 customer is provided their own virtual machine with dynamic memory to scale for their needs. High5 provides separate servers to handle Active Directory/Domain Controller, Remote Desktop Server, SQL Server, and Backup Servers. The advantage of this multi-tenant architecture is that each customer is provided a full virtual server dedicated to their needs without the overhead of the other servers providing connection, protection, and database capabilities. Servers are replicated to a separate server in a separate state, internet provider, and physical server for complete redundancy and fail-over. Block-level replication provided by Microsoft Server 2012 insures that near real-time replication is available on the redundant server. Servers are backed up at the virtual machine level for complete recovery. Backups are retained for a minimum of 30 days or more upon request.

High5 hosting is available for both SME: Service Management Enterprise and QuickBooks(r) from Intuit(tm). High5 is able to provide these services to customers at the same prices and hosting providers for QuickBooks alone.

High5 utilizes third-party hosting facilities Primary Data Center Info.
