#    Select Messages Types from the System Lists Menu. (In this Menu you can Add/Remove & Edit Messages Types).
 
#    Press the right mouse click in the window. (Property Window Appears).
 
#    Select Display In Card View. Content will be shown in Card View Design. The Content Can be shown in two different views (Card & List View).
 
#    Select any Message Type - Use Right Click on the selected Message Type and click Edit Current to edit the Message Type.
 
#    Edit the Message Type Content and click the Save Button.
 
*        Add New Message Type will open the same window. Edit The content and click Save you will see it in the Messages Types List.
 
*        Close the Messages Type Window when done.

1.    Select My Contacts from the System Lists Menu. (In this Menu you can Add/Remove & Edit Contacts).
 
<br>2.    In this section you can Add / Edit and Remove Contacts.
 
*        Press right mouse click and select Add New.
 
*        Write Contact Properties.
 
*        Click Save to save the contact - Click Save and Add New to Clear the Contact Properties Field and add new Contact Properties - Click Return to Close the dialog and return to the Contacts List.
 
*        Contacts can be viewed in both Card & List View.
 
*        Contacts Columns can be editted anytime by pressing right click on the screen and select Show Column Chooser and remove or add any available field.
 
*        You can anytime select a Contact, pressing right a click on it and selecting Remove Selected to delete any Contact. After that a confirmation window will appear - Click Yes button.

<br>1.    Select My Messages from the System Lists Menu.
 
*        In this Menu you can Send and Resend Email Messages, Edit Current Message and resend it.
 
*        Press right mouse click and select Add New.
 
*        Message To: shows you the contact(s) you want to send an Email Message, choose a contact.
 
*        Message Type: shows you the message(s) type(s), choose one.
 
*        Subject is a free field, you can type the message subject.
 
*        Message Body, is where you type the email message you want to send.
 
*        Click Send Message to send the message.
 
*        Click Save Message to save it.
 
*        Press right mouse click and select refresh to see the new added message.
 
*        You can Edit the message at anytime but, you cannot delete any message.
 
*        Messages can be displayed in List View or in Card View.
