===Transfer Parts between Warehouses===
Transfer mode is intended to be used when moving inventory between warehouses. For example, Bob the technician notices that he is running low on the stock of routers that he keeps in his van and gets some more. To keep track of where the company's assets are Bob would scan those items using Transfer Mode when he takes them from the warehouse and puts them in his van. Let's go through the steps he would follow:

# Select "Transfer Mode" at the top of the bar code application

# Select the location that you are transferring inventory FROM in the large "Location" drop down menu

# Choose the location that you are transferring inventory TO in the smaller "To" drop down menu

# Enter the quantity of a specific type of item you'd like to transfer

# Scan the bar code (or type in the Item Number and press Enter)

# A confirmation message is displayed and you can verify that those items were transferred to the new location
