In the Setup module, select Users to create users, assign login passwords, setup technician information, view technician history and more.
If you are syncing SME with QuickBooks, your active users in QuickBooks will import into SME. You won’t have to enter new users in, but you will still need to setup user passwords for SME, decide which users are sales people, which ones are technicians, setup user email settings in SME and setup technician defaults.
If you aren’t syncing SME with QuickBooks, entering a user is simple.
