TSPlus Remote Access is the preferred remote desktop solution, the following is the configuration to assign applications to users which is done by the company administrator to determine which users have access to which applications. To assign applications within the TSPlus application follow these instructions.
- Go to your server through a browser
- Login
- To configure the apps that you want users to access follow these steps:
- Login with your account and select Desktop
- Select AdminTool. NOTE: This tool controls all the remote access settings, be careful about changing anything other than assigning applications.
- Select Applications>Assign Applications
- For each user on the left select the applications you want them to access on the right section
- We recommend to only give Desktop access to admins and not regular users for best security and management of the server.
