If the Print Preview is generating too many pages when previewing, an adjustment will need to be made in the report designer.
First Option:
Go to Reports module > Customized Reports
Click Search > Search Custom and find the report that is printing too many pages
Click Open Report Designer on the right
In the designer, Click Report > Group from the menu and uncheck the option at the bottom Reprint group header on subsequent pages in the Groups window (image below)
Second Option:
If you see just Group Header instead of Group Header[0] and Group Header [0] exists, all you need to do is make group header [0] larger and move all the elements down into the group header, then shrink the original Group Header.
