- You open SME and cannot retrieve an order or SME crashes attempting to retrieve the order. (SME stores
- Persistent issues with some editing windows like the labor editor or material editor
- Emailing of reports stops working
Steps to create a new user profile:
1) Help> Tech Support Utilities> code 833
2) Go up one level and rename your profile
3) Close and reopen SME
