WebConnect for Admin and Setup
Customer setup for login: On the SME side, a customer is allowed to login to webconnect by setting up a contact with a webpass in Customer>Customer Activity>Contacts. Setup of Customer for WebConnect access in SME:
Once the customer is setup within SME, the customer can login by selecting login.
WebConnect can be setup to go directly to Job Site selection, go directly to a New Issue, or any other menu item. Contact High5 Support for assistance. The standard is to go to the New Issue screen. The new issue priorities and the emails setting are configured in the install and setup phase. Emails will also go to the primary and secondary technicians assigned to a customer within SME.
