Navigation

SME allows navigation for easy assess between records.

1. First setup how you want to navigate, you are not limited to just alphabetical order! Select Navigation and choose Order By..
   1. Select the field you want to navigate from the left to the right.
   2. It's usually best to sort by just one field, however you can sort by additional fields if there are multiple records with the same value. For example, if you wanted to sort by zip code and then alphabetically by customer name, you would first select zip and then name.

1. 1. In the example below it is navigating by the customer account number.
   2. Select ok when completed. Now the navigate buttons will go through in the order you selected.
   3. Use the First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons to navigate from record to record.
