Technicians can collect customer signature on the spot. Hand your phone to your customer and they will sign using their finger on the touch screen. Signatures captured are saved in SME on the Work Requested tab.

Technicians can continue to enter information when they are out of coverage for example at a customer site, in a basement work area, or a rural area without coverage. Changes that have not synced to SME will be highlighted in red.
