Overview[edit]
SMO works in unison with QuickBooks Online (QBO) so that data you enter in SMO is automatically pushed to QuickBooks, eliminating time-wasting and double entry.

QuickBooks desktop syncing will be provided in the future
To manipulate SMO to QuickBooks syncing:
- Click on "Settings"
- Select "Accounting"
The following actions will then be available:
Actions[edit]
Connect to QuickBooks Online (QBO)[edit]
- Select this button to connect to your QuickBooks file
Sync Customers Now[edit]
- This will bring all customers from QBO to SMO
Sync Items Now[edit]
- Sync all the QBO items including products and services
Sync Employees Now[edit]
- Sync all employees into SMO so that you can configure SMO access and rights in the settings>users
Sync Vendors Now[edit]
- Sync all the vendors so you can setup subcontractors for work orders and SMO access
