SME and QuickBooks Integration

After 19 years in business and over 6 years of having QuickBooks integration, we finally integrated SME and QuickBooks for our operations. Why did we take so long to integrate? Well, previously we didn’t require integration since we relied on SME for all business reporting and separately used Quicken and then QuickBooks for accounting integration. However, we decided to implement QuickBooks credit card processing and billing solutions and required integration of invoices to QuickBooks.

As with most customers, the process requires a little work, but the effort is more than worth it in the end when we now have smooth integration. High 5 Software’s excellent technical support only needed to help for a few questions. :)

Anyway, we are now fully integrated between SME and QuickBooks. Customers will start seeing some invoices from QuickBooks in order to pay online along with QuickBooks billing solutions.

Although most new customers have already implemented SME and QuickBooks, some of our long term SMP and SME customers like us, have not done this integration between SME and QuickBooks. Well, it’s time to take the leap. First step is to upgrade to SME if you are on SMP or ICM now. Second is to get SQLink and integrate SME with QuickBooks. Then start taking advantage of QuickBooks solutions such as Payroll, Credit Card processing and billing solutions.
