QuickBooks Merchant and Billing Solutions

You can make it easier and faster for customers to pay invoices using SME, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Credit Card processing, and QuickBooks Billing solutions. We implemented this solution at High 5 Software and its working great.

Here’s the process:

• Create Proposals, Service Orders, Install Orders or Invoices in SME so you capture all your time tracking, parts, services, and subcontractor work.
• Convert these to invoices and sync the invoices with QuickBooks automatically with SQLink.
• Email invoices out of QuickBooks with the Billing Solutions option. This allows customers to immediately enter credit card information or use their PayPal account by one easily clickable button on the email. You can also have Billing solutions mail out invoices for customers that prefer to have a hard copy or don’t respond via email.
• Customers pay the invoice and enter their credit card info directly. Payments are then entered into QuickBooks and then synced back into SME.

QuickBooks Merchant solutions for credit card processing can meet existing rates. We previously had Costco, Nova solutions for our credit card processing needs and benefited from great rates. QuickBooks was able to meet our current rates and give us a tremendous amount of automation for efficient billing. QuickBooks Billing Solutions has a 90 day free trial and then costs $14.95 per month and $0.79 to mail an invoice. These costs are easily captured in the speed of processing and convenience for customers giving us more productivity and a great ROI. My first payment through this system got the following response from our customer:
