High 5 Software has been producing quality field service software since 1989. Formally Axcis.net, the name was changed to High 5 Software in 2006 to better reflect the ongoing evolution of both the company and the service management software industry.

Over the last 19 years, thousands of businesses have used our software. Located in Kenmore, WA (just outside of Seattle), High 5 has customers in virtually every facet of the service industry, and has established itself as one of the premiere suppliers of service management software. Specializing in solutions for small and medium size (SMB’s) field service businesses, the company has partnered with other companies that serve this market such as QuickBooks, Microsoft’s, Salesforce.com and more.

Leadership
High 5 Software is made up of a team of talented and dedicated professionals. In 2005, the company was purchased by a small group of investors. Mark Stair took over as President and CTO of High 5 Software (then Axcis Software). Mark brought a clear vision, and strong leadership style that has propelled High 5 to new levels. Providing efficient, dependable and logical software, designed to “help businesses do business better” is a key focus that drives Stair and is his vision for the company. During his 15 years with Motorola, Mark was involved in management, engineering and international product development within the Telecom/Wireless industry. Stair has a MEE from Florida Atlantic University and BSEE from University of Illinois.
