SME7.1 is the latest version of SME from High 5 Software. This release has a number of new and exciting features. Below are descriptions and demo videos for the new features in 7.1.


New Features in SME 7.1

Custom Fields

With SME 7.1 you have the ability to create custom fields. This allows you to tune SME for your business and use your terminology to track what is important to you.You can sort, filter, and report on the fields, make important fields required, and hide tabs based on user group permissions.

Inventory Allocation

Inventory allocation allows users to more quickly see what inventory is needed and to select parts for orders. In SME 7.1 you can view the demand for all inventory across all orders, view demand for inventory for a specific part for all orders, or view the demand on a specific service or install order. Allocated/Unallocated inventory tracking is added to improve your understanding of what you need to order.


Technician Compliance

Compliance and certifications can be setup on technicians so that only certified, compliant techs can be scheduled on orders. These compliance requirements can be set for specific orders or be connected to specific parent companies so that whenever work is done for that company, the technician compliance and certifications can be verified.

Batch Print/Email Invoices

Batch Print/Email gives you the ability to print or email groups of invoices quickly. Any open invoices can be easily flagged to print or email to customers.

Dispatch Improvements

The SME 7.1 Dispatch window is designed to help you schedule your technician's more efficiently and provides more flexibility in setting up your views in dispatch.

Redesigned Search Window

7.1 provides a faster way to search and find records in SME. Less clicks to get what you need.
